01 – The instrument: Air sampler with s/s aspirating head, battery charger. Sterile aspirating head (optional) |
02 – Identify the plate |

03 – Switch on the unit |
04 – Programming: Select volume of air (if requested, operator name, place of sampling, plate identification) and confirm, pressing “GO” |

05 – Remove the aspirating head |
06 – Transfer an identified Petri dish or Contact plate into the aspiration chamber |

07 – Remove the plate lid | 08 – Apply the sterilized aspirating head to the air sampler |

09 – Press “GO” to start the collection cycle |
10 – An acoustic signal and a red flashing LED will inform about the end of the cycle |

11 – Remove the aspirating head | 12 – Replace the lid to the Petri dish or Contact Plate and transfer the plate for incubation |

13 – If requested, press PRINT to transfer identification date, hour, volume, place, operator to printer or P.C. |
14 – At the end of incubation time, count the CFU on the plate |
