The TRIO.GAS SYSTEM microbial compressed air sampler is important to ensure that product contact air is contamination free within sterile or aseptic manufacturing facilities (i.e. cleanroom).

Trio.gas System
The TRIO.GAS guarantees that product contact air is contamination free within sterile or aseptic manufacturing facilities (e.g. cleanroom).
- It works only at 100 l/m
- It is ready to be used: no initial regulation is requested as the valve is already calibrated at 100 l/m
- It works with ASPI GAS CHAMBER or an air sampler 100 l/m
- Suitable for compressed air and Nitrogen
- Calibration certificate every year
- Inlet gas pressure 1 - 6 BAR
TRIO.BAS™
Verigas
VERIGAS is a complementary instrument for TRIO.BAS air samplers. VERIGAS consists of: a digital control unit with tube to connect the bells chambers, a stainless steel bell chamber with an on/off valve and a regulator for gas pressure test, a technopolymer bell chamber to control the air flow rate during the routine activity. VERIGAS can be used with TRIO.BAS, AIRBIO and MULTIFLEX air samplers.
- It works with 100 l/m only
- Flow rate regulation requested before sampling
- It doesn’t work with ASPI GAS CHAMBER, but the air sampler is always required
- It works with any air samplers 100 l/m
- Suitable for Compressed air and Nitrogen
- Calibration certificate every year
- Inlet gas pressure 1 - 6 BAR
TRIO.BAS™
Flugas System
This device is developed to test the presence of micro-organisms in compressed gas samples (air, nitrogen, CO2, Argon) supplied from tanks and pipes under pressure.
- The volume of aspirated air can be 100 or 200 lt/min
- The 100 l/m (or 200 l/m) flow rate is guaranteed by a flow regulator controlled by operator via a calibrated flow meter
- All components are autoclavable (with exception of flow meter and timer)
- The ASPI GAS chamber is included in the system
- The data is automatically recorded when the system is used with TRIO.BAS/AIRBIO air samplers. When used with aspirating gas chamber, the data is recorded manually
- Inlet gas pressure 1 - 10 BAR
